　　Product Designer Responsibilities:

　　Design digital user interfaces, create graphics, and design new experiences or layouts that evolve and/or define visual systems for web-based applications and technologies with a focus on aesthetics and design.

　　Take broad, conceptual ideas and create design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant for supported platforms.

　　Partner with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and content strategists to iterate and oversee user experience of a product from conception to launch.

　　Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality.

　　Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Requires 2 years of experience in the following:

　　Interaction design, including defining how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needsPrototypingVisual design, including typography, desktop or mobile user interface, color, layout, and iconographyUnderstanding product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to internal and external usersCreating user flow and mockups to articulate design conceptsDefining product specifications and user experiencesUnderstanding and interpreting user research and usability testingConducting end-to-end design process across multiple projects including interaction and visual design artifacts and high-fidelity prototypes.Public Compensation:
