Build and execute a training design plan based on learner needs.
Become an expert for a range of Meta products and translate technical content into engaging learning experiences.
Design and develop engaging, informative, and visually compelling in-person and online learning experiences.
Provide strong visual design guidance to multiple training projects on copywriting, hierarchy, typography, layout and color.
Continually work to ensure all training materials are consistent and up-to-date and in line with products and larger training goals and initiatives.
Build relationships with key cross-functional partners to understand how your content is being received and engaged within market and take action based on feedback.
Stay up-to-date with training and education trends — always look for new ways to help us to remain innovative and effective in democratizing education.
20% Domestic (U.S.) Travel Required.
Salary: $167,580.00 to $188,000.00 per year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus or equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising and Marketing Communications, or a related field. 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include 24 months involving the following:
Educational content development for in-person training and eLearning
Visual design in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, or other software used for developing engaging training experiences
Delivering training in a classroom setting
Consulting, relationship management, and project management
