Position : Product Designer

　　Location : Michigan, MI

　　Cloud Theory is looking for a product designer to join their fun and innovative product team. We're looking for someone that's excited to work remotely and float between small, nimble teams to help them with customer discovery and designing intuitive web experiences. The designer will also help maintain our design system and improving designer to engineer handoffs.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Perform customer discovery, presenting qualitative and quantitative insights to the product team.

　　Improve the UI/UX and accessibility of our products.

　　Design product mockups for engineers to implement.

　　Work both independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively within a product team for brainstorming and team building.

　　Grow through continuous learning and sharing knowledge.

　　Modernize our front-end, advancing our style guides and design system.

　　For this position we're looking for candidates with:

　　Degree in design or equivalent degree and/or work experience

　　5+ years of experience working with product teams as a product designer

　　5+ years of experience using customer discovery and wireframe tools

　　5+ years of experience designing for products using a modern JavaScript framework with components.
