PDMI is looking for a Product Delivery Manager to join our team! This role is key in managing the specific product from the delivery perspective, and experience with benefits configuration is a must to be successful in this role. The Product Delivery Manager must understand the specific products within their control and is responsible for the daily operations that support those products amongst the Client Service teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Provides leadership and support for implementing new client business and ongoing maintenance of existing client business.
Works closely with Account Management to support and help meet client needs for specific products.
Manages daily operations related to their product lines.
Attend educational summits and/or conferences related to specific product lines.
Participates on project teams and makes recommendations regarding process improvements and other business initiatives.
Understands client's service-level agreement and tracks Product Delivery performance against them.
Provides project management for department tasks.
Develops and maintains SOP's surrounding specific product lines.
Documents system and business process changes.
Monitors and manages workloads related to specific product lines.
Mentors colleagues in specific product line areas to develop enhanced knowledge of products.
Resolves escalated issues before escalation outside of department.
Acts as liaison between technical teams and Product Delivery related to claims adjudication, reporting, accumulators, and eligibility.
Develops QA provisions related to specific product lines to ensure quality delivery of products.
Work & Education Experience Requirements:
Minimum four-year college degree preferred or equivalent industry (i.e., healthcare or insurance) experience
Must have prior experience with benefits and compiling analytical data and reports
Demonstrated customer service skills
Must have a background encompassing electronic claims processing
