Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Patient Services Representative is responsible for executing various clerical and secretary functions for the Diagnostic Imaging department: answer and direct phone calls computer entry of patient data exam entry registrations/reception of patients fulfillment of film requests patient scheduling editing of reports enhancing patient experience by minimizing wait times and providing other similar tasks.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

One (1) year clerical and/or receptionist experience required.

Computer / typing skills

Use of various office equipment including fax/copier

Able to read speak and write English

Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Office preferred

Medical Terminology preferred

Experience in a hospital or medical clinic preferred.

Pay Range

$26.82 - $32.76 /hour
