General Purpose and Scope of Position: The Product Compliance Coordinator will support and assist the Product Registration Department team in providing timely information to internal and external customers. This role is responsible for taking timely and appropriate actions to facilitate registration knowledge transfers across all product lines: pesticides, adjuvants, and fertilizers. The Product Compliance Coordinator will also process and manage Department documentation for registration activities. For example, this individual will foster an atmosphere within the Product Registration Department dominated by the desire to achieve "excellence in the delivered product." They will help ensure that the performance of the department is such that objectives as outlined in Strategic and Operating Plans are met, with emphasis on effective resource utilization to reduce shareholder risk and maximize corporate value. Key Skills and Abilities Include: A degree or certification in paralegal, document control, or a similar focus is preferred, along with a background in agriculture Experience with document management and workflow Ability to communicate with thoughtfulness and tact, above average customer service skills Proven organizational skills and multi-priority workload management. Above average abilities with Microsoft applications especially SharePoint, Teams, and Excel Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a sense of urgency Key Personal Attributes Include: Integrity and accountability - Take ownership of key deliverables and use a proactive approach to problem-solving Interpersonal effectiveness - Is sensitive to different points of view and seeks to understand and resolve conflicts/issues constructively. Able to build positive working relationships through collaboration and to direct and instruct respectfully and politely Exceptional and visible credibility - Aptitude or ability to establish the reliability and utilize strategic thinking to support the team and strategic plan within the functional organization as well as in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders Impact and influence - Capability to influence, develop, and maintain effective internal/external relationships to facilitate change, with and without authority, and ensure cohesion across the organization Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include: Support and assist the Product Registration Department team in developing and maintaining an effective flow of information regarding federal and state registrations within and among all business lines. This function is accomplished through, but not limited to, the following: Maintain an up-to-date registration action tracking log Maintain other registration-related logs, websites, and references, as required that are accessible to PRD team and internal customers Maintain and review data records on industry product databases Promptly maintain and distribute information regarding product registration approvals and cancellations Communicate regularly and respond promptly to inquiries from team members and internal customers Assist with the development and maintenance of the Product Registration Department Document Library and Compliance Calendar Support the Company's continuous improvement efforts by assessing current job-specific processes and recommending improvements Assist the Director of Regulatory Affairs in developing and maintaining an environment that encourages personal growth, ownership of programs, understanding of priorities, and pride in individual and team accomplishments Expected to be readily accessible and responsive during typical busin ss hours, Monday through Friday. Some travel is necessary (less than 5% time) Compensation and Benefits: In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $20.58 - $26.11 per hour.
