Come grow with us!General Purpose and Scope of Position:The Product Compliance Coordinator will support and assist the ProductRegistration Department team in providing timely information to internal andexternal customers. This role is responsible for taking timely and appropriateactions to facilitate registration knowledge transfers across all productlines: pesticides, adjuvants, and fertilizers. The Product ComplianceCoordinator will also process and manage Department documentation forregistration activities.For example, this individual will foster an atmosphere within the ProductRegistration Department dominated by the desire to achieve "excellence inthe delivered product." They will help ensure that the performance of thedepartment is such that objectives as outlined in Strategic and OperatingPlans are met, with emphasis on effective resource utilization to reduceshareholder risk and maximize corporate value.Key Skills and Abilities Include:A degree or certification in paralegal, document control, or a similarfocus is preferred, along with a background in agricultureExperience with document management and workflowAbility to communicate with thoughtfulness and tact, above average customerservice skillsProven organizational skills and multi-priority workload management.Above average abilities with Microsoft applications especially SharePoint,Teams, and ExcelDetail-oriented and self-motivated with a sense of urgencyKey Personal Attributes Include:Integrity and accountability - Take ownership of key deliverables and use aproactive approach to problem-solvingInterpersonal effectiveness - Is sensitive to different points of view andseeks to understand and resolve conflicts/issues constructively. This function isaccomplished through, but not limited to, the following:Maintain an up-to-date registration action tracking logMaintain other registration-related logs, websites, and references, asrequired that are accessible to PRD team and internal customersMaintain and review data records on industry product databasesPromptly maintain and distribute information regarding product registrationapprovals and cancellationsCommunicate regularly and respond promptly to inquiries from team members andinternal customersAssist with the development and maintenance of the Product RegistrationDepartment Document Library and Compliance CalendarSupport the Company's continuous improvement efforts by assessing currentjob-specific processes and recommending improvementsAssist the Director of Regulatory Affairs in developing and maintaining anenvironment that encourages personal growth, ownership of programs,understanding of priorities, and pride in individual and team accomplishmentsExp cted to be readily accessible and responsive during typical businesshours, Monday through Friday. Some travel is necessary (less than 5% time)Compensation and Benefits:In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay,the base compensation for this position ranges from $20.58 - $26.11 perhour.
