  Contract: fixed term (mat cover)

  This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Digital Conversion Optimisation Specialist to join an exciting, innovative and growing brand within the payments industry.

  You will be responsible for conversion rate optimisation activities and projects across our key European markets.

  By using data and reporting, you will work to improve website user experiences and increase conversions.

  You will play a major role in the shaping, development and roll-out of a long term digital CRO strategy.

  You will be working collaboratively with digital lead generation and marketing team members to plan, develop and execute on conversation rate optimisation projects and tactics that will increase the sales lead volumes coming from our digital user journey.

  You will be responsible for managing large datasets and reports using platforms like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Optimize, Search Console, SiteImprove, Quantum Metrics, Adobe Analytics, Google DataStudio, Sinequa and Salesforce.

  This role will suit an analytical thinker, with experience using AB/MVT tools , and a firm understanding of UI and UX principles to collaborate and inform designers, stakeholders and developers. You’ll be an expert in spotting areas for improvement from both detailed analytics, and your experience in UX. You’ll be a confident communicator with the ability to explain test results in a simple and effective manner. The successful candidate will have previous experience in AB/MVT testing, the ability to identify trends and create hypotheses and testing plans.

  Key Responsibilities

  Drive insight, analysis and decision-making using data from digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metrics, SiteImprove, Google Optimize, Data Studio and Search Console,

  Use your analysis skills to discover issues and opportunities for digital user experience improvements including A/B testing

  Work collaboratively within the wider Digital Enablement team and in-house front-end developers and UX designers to develop, launch and measure new tests based on reporting analysis

  Provide consultancy on strategies to reduce customer friction and improve funnel conversion rates, revenue and other KPIs and metrics for businesses

  Develop a CRO Strategy by means of researching best practices and proposing the inclusion of additional software services.

  Align proposed testing initiatives with clear KPI’s that align with overall business goals and objectives.

  Measure effectiveness of customer journeys with CRO data

  Work in a complex environment in a cross-functional team

  Comfortable managing multiple priorities within tight timeframes.

  Create and own a roadmap of testing initiatives and digital products, ensuring they are rolled out on time, and deliver detailed performance reports on the back of each.

  Ongoing sharing of learnings and knowledge about user behaviour into all future digital projects, ensuring customers are represented in every decision the business make.

  Knowledge

  Prior experience of 4+ years of optimizing marketing campaigns

  Good, practical, understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP etc.)

  Experienced and knowledgeable with CRO tools (Optimizely, Optimize, Adobe Target, etc)

  Experience with research tools including Quantum Metrics, HotJar, CrazyEgg, Zarget or other similar tools

  Experience with data and analytical tools including Google Analytics, GA4, Adobe Analytics, DataStudio and Google Search Console

  Strong analytical capability and a solid understanding of success metrics

  Experience working in small project teams and meeting strict project deadlines

  Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot

  Skills

  A good understanding of general UX & UI best practices

  Experience running A/B conversion optimisation tests

  Flexibility to work with partners across multiple time zones

  Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  Test and learn mindset with strong marketing instincts

  Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to comprehend complex, technical challenges

  Ability to work in a high–energy, high intensity and rapidly evolving environment

  Be highly motivated with ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment

  Fluent in English

  Desired

  Experience and knowledge of the payments industry

  Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI and Tableau

  Graphic design skills

  Polish language
