Description Our client is seeking an innovative, strategic and efficient Procurement Specialist to join their team.

　　The professional will be responsible for the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring that the organization's needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Oversee end-to-end purchasing process from requisition to payment, ensuring smooth operational flow.

　　Procure materials and equipment necessary for capital construction projects and operations.

　　Evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships.

　　Utilize Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

　　Develop and manage a strategic procurement plan aligning with the organization's vision.

　　Coordinate with different departments to identify and fulfill purchasing needs.

　　Adhere to standard procurement guidelines, policies, and procedures.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

　　Proficiency in SAP is a must.

　　A minimum of 4 years' experience in procurement within capital construction

　　Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.

　　Excellent strategic planning abilities and problem-solving skills.
