  This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more, for all of Hilton's unique brands! As a Manager, Brand Content and Internal Education, you will support the team that leads our brands with the steadfast goal of strengthening and growing the Hilton portfolio. On the Brands team reporting to Senior Manager Brand Resources and Support Platforms, you will support the maintenance of resources on hotel and owner-facing platforms and create internal tools that enhance support for hotels, owners, and operators.

  HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

  What your day-to-day will be like:

  Maintain close linkage with Brand Management teams to ensure that relevant, accurate content and resources are available.Conduct regular training with owner and hotel-facing teams to educate on internal and field-facing resources to improve use and gather feedback on tools.Aggregate team feedback and analyze reporting of Brand Management team connects to identify trending topics that require team education or resource development.Engage in learning events to ensure mastery of content and Excel in the use of innovative technology platforms.How you will collaborate with others:

  Partner with subject matter experts to aid in content and resource development to ensure accuracy and relevance.Collaborate with enterprise teams to develop knowledge-sharing and education plans for Brand Management team members, ensuring they can support initiative activation.Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment around field-facing support activations with enterprise and external BMS department initiatives.What projects you will take ownership of:

  Activate business processes and governance for internal team platforms and content repositories.Be an auditor who evaluates existing resources based on usage reporting and feedback.WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

  You have these minimum qualifications:

  Five (5) years of professional experienceTwo (2) years of brand or hospitality experienceTwo (2) years of experience in copywriting and presentation development (both in-person and virtual)Two (2) years of project management experience working collaboratively with all levelsIt would be useful if you have:

  BA/BS Bachelor’s DegreeOne (1) years of experience in performance consultingTwo (2) years of experience creating resources such as job aids, implementation guides, checklists, and videosIntermediate Adobe Suite products including InDesign, Canva, or CerosExperience in Hilton SystemsWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
