　　Kemin Industries is seeking a Procurement Assistant for our location in Cavriago.

　　As Procurement Assistant y ou will act as a support of the lead buyer in daily activities.

　　Responsibilities

　　Control of Purchase Requests

　　Order-processing of raw materials, packaging, non-inventory products, facilities & lease-service contracts

　　Follow up on lead times of pending purchase orders and order confirmations

　　Launch/follow up of evaluation dossiers for new raw materials/packaging

　　First point of contact for suppliers

　　Follow up of complaint & non-conform deliveries

　　Administration on Sustainability projects

　　Management of overall departmental administration

　　Management of supplier records in ERP-system (M3)

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor degree or equivalent by one’s experience

　　Multi-lingual: fluent in English and Italian is required

　　PC literature (Word, Excel, e-mail, ERP-systems, …)

　　Good Communicator

　　Proactive and agile approach

　　Well organised and accurate

　　Flexible in adjusting to organisational needs
