PROCESS PLANNING ANALYST

THE PROCESS PLANNING ANALYST WILL . . .Provide service to customer by translating order requirements, using established guidelines, into accurate and cost-effective manufacturing line-ups needed to quote, schedule, manufacture, test and certify orders and inquiries.Using knowledge of one product area to develop and maintain line-up and order requirement information with guidance from experienced Process Analyst.Maintain these documents based on system generated change documents and customer and industry generated specification changes.Perform all other responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROCESS PLANNING ANALYSTHigh school diploma required. Two or Four-year degree preferred.1-3 years of relevant experience in a process planning role.SAP experience a plus.Working knowledge of MS Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel.Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, customer service skills and analytical skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing manufacturing environment.Practical understanding of industrial/manufacturing principles, standards, methods, and practices. Working knowledge of the impact of customer/specification requirements on material selection, manufacturing, testing and certification.Working knowledge of process by which manufacturing line-ups are developed.
