The WW Seller Partner Services, Agent Development Team is looking for an experienced Process Improvement Project Manager (PM) to investigate and resolve high impact complex issues faced our training operations and learning design team. This PM will partner with data, program, and training operations teams to develop long term scalable solutions.
In this role, you will deep dive complex raised issues, identify and work with internal stakeholders globally across the Agent Development Team to resolve the individual issue, in addition to scoping and driving key process improvements on a broader scale in partnership with our internal auditing program. To be successful in this role you will need to be process driven and a problem solver. You will need to be highly analytical, think and act fast, and be adept at finding creative, scalable solutions to complex problems. You must be able to influence internal teams and senior leadership and keep them accountable to drive the solutions. Above all, you should demonstrate a high level of ownership, as you will contribute to the learning experience for 30k+ agents annually as well as the Buyer and Selling Partner experience on Amazon.
This role has a high level of complexity in working with teams spread across multiple regions and sites globally to drive process improvement initiatives for across multiple business lanes. It requires autonomy, the ability to make high judgment decisions, as well as an ability to influence key departments within and outside of the Training Organization. This is a global role with responsibility for driving process improvement initiatives across the SPS network, including 50+ sites globally, with decisions impacting a team of 500+ learning and development professionals.
To be successful in this position, you need to pair strong continuous improvement skills with great stakeholder management skills and project management rigor in order to deliver results. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and you should have a proven record of accomplishment in taking on end-to-end meaty problems and successfully delivering measurable results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your work has a focus not only on delivering, but designing and implementing process improvement initiatives and mechanisms that scale globally.
Key job responsibilities
• Collaborate with partner teams for a resolution. You will identify and partner with the internal teams to deep dive and prioritize the issues, establish root cause, collate information, and drive action from partner teams to define a solution. You will need to show strong communication skills as you will need to communicate with and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders, and write comprehensive summaries to present to senior managers in order to drive awareness and support for issue resolution.
• Create a strategic roadmap for continuous improvement, quality processes, and reporting and metrics. You will lead Improvement Projects/Kaizen events to bring together cross-functional teams on identified opportunities and achieve targeted performance improvement in a compressed timeframe. You manage international team partnerships to scale local features that align with global processes and SOPs standards. You identify operational gaps, build new processes with stakeholders, create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) from the processes, and obtain approvals for the SOP for products and new business models
• Provide self-service resources and skill development training on Continuous Improvement methodology to increase capabilities across the team.

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Bachelor's degree
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field
Proficient in core program management disciplines; score, schedule, budget, quality, and risk and critical path management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
PMP certificate
Experience of Six Sigma/ Lean analytical techniques

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
