Description We are offering a contract for a Sales Support role in the financial services industry based in Valley Cottage, New York. As a Sales Support, you will be expected to perform a range of tasks related to customer service, administrative support, and system management within our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient support to sales processes using ADP - Financial Services

• Utilize Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools to assist in sales functions

• Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate customer data

• Implement and oversee ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems for better resource allocation

• Develop and maintain ERP solutions for effective business operations

• Utilize the 'About Time' tool for effective time management

• Respond to and manage answering inbound calls from customers and clients

• Carry out auditing tasks to ensure financial accuracy

• Manage and oversee billing functions within the organization

• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, customers, and clients. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required.

• Ability to use Configure Price Quote (CPQ) software effectively.

• Must have experience working with CRM systems.

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.

• Familiarity with ERP Solutions is expected.

• Experience with About Time software is a plus.

• Must be able to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently.

• Auditing skills are necessary for this role.

• Must be capable of performing Billing Functions accurately and timely.

• Excellent Communication skills are essential.
