Description

Our client in Pala is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to join their team. This individual will act as the first impression of the company and must be both personable and professional. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish and is adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and direct guests through the office with a warm and professional demeanor.

Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages as required.

Accept and process all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.

Monitor office supplies, stationery, and inventory, and place orders when necessary.

Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Previous work experience as a Bilingual Receptionist.

Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong verbal communication skills.

Capability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
