Responsible for loss accounting management and pareto analysis and for using data to drive improvements in overall process performance and reliability.Responsible for providing innovative improvement opportunities to management.Responsible for participating in Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) in the problem-solving process.Responsible for training personnel on operation and troubleshooting of new equipment and processes.Responsible for maintaining equipment documentation, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, reporting, and training material.Responsible for assisting plant Engineering Department on new capital projects.Responsible for identifying opportunities consistent with the business goals and provides input and direction on the day-to-day operations.Responsible for working with operators and supervisors daily to optimize process performance.Responsible for capturing, prioritizing, and resolving triggered problems in support area by utilizing the problem-solving process.Responsible for supporting long-term optimization and problem solving by initiating and supporting area improvement projects.Responsible for assisting in shutdown planning. Assists Maintenance & Reliability Manager in defining the scope of shutdowns.Responsible for project estimate, cost control, timing, and documentation.Responsible for EHS, MOC, and GMP compliance.Responsible for managing contractors as necessary.Responsible for developing and executing projects (utilize CDP process) as necessary.Responsible for performing Wet End Production Manager's duties when on vacation or absent.Responsible for performing other related duties as required.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
