Description:
This engineer will be 50% on the floor and 50% in office. While on the floor they will be hands on working on the machines with the operators, help come up with processes, create work instructions to make sure processes are established correctly, help launch new products and have to make sure things are done correctly and document on regulations. All in all they will be managing processes and troubleshooting when necessary. They will also help program robots, CNC's, water jets, and thermoforming machines. They will be troubleshooting machines and editing/writing new programs from scratch.
Skills & Qualifications:
Plastics experience
Degree & 2-3 years of process engineer experience
Ability to edit & program robots (fanuc &/or ABB), CNC machines, water jet machines, or thermoforming machines
