Advertisement for Executive Director

　　Crossroads House is seeking an Executive Director to lead our non-profit organization as we enter our 27th year providing comfort care for the dying in our home-like residence.We are seeking a candidate with experience that demonstrates a passion for our mission and who will work closely with our board to develop and implement a strategic plan that fulfills our stated short and long term goals. Proven fundraising and community relations experience necessary. Knowledge of implementing and utilizing databases, office software and technology, as well as social media is required.

　　The Executive Director will be tasked with building and supervising a collaborative team, increasing community engagement, and addressing the challenges of recruiting, supporting and retaining volunteers.

　　Salary range is $65 - 75k. Benefits include PTO and paid holidays, financial assistance for health insurance.
