Partnering with local Management, Regional HR Director and Company President to drive both tactical and strategic HR initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations in the Pacific Northwest.
Employee Relations - creating and delivering people practices to promote positive working relationshipsRecruiting- workforce planning/development across region. Supporting local and national recruiting and succession programsRetention - ensuring competitive salary and benefit programs are offered throughout the region. Assisting leadership with employee performance reviewsTraining/Coaching - developing and stewarding regional training programs to ensure training standards are being met. Fostering mentoring skills, creating a coaching culture across all locationsPeople Development - partnering with Managers, Regional HR Director and Company President on people development initiatives; developing strong present and future leadership talent within the organizationEmployment Practices - ensuring effective and consistent compliance management processes and procedures are being met across all locationsOrganizational Effectiveness - driving HR Review process and ensuring consistent processes across all locationsOther duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as neededRequirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business or Human ResourcesMinimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience; professional certification a plusExperience in multi-site operations, including unionized operations, with the ability to travel up to 50% of the timeMust have strong internal customer focus and collaborative styleHigh level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situationsExcellent written and oral communication skills is highly preferredAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment, proven organization and time management abilitiesCompensation$100K-$125K Base Salary + BonusWhat CRH Offers You
