　　The Miraval Private Dining Server is focused on delivering exceptional customer service while providing an experience of mindful eating for resort guests. They are the liaison between our Life and Balance Kitchen culinary team and the guest experiences. They are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences in our private dining space. This person will gain menu knowledge and provide recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings, all the while engaging in casual conversation and creating the restaurant experience through their style and service attributes. Other duties include wine service, traditional upscale table service, private dining room set up, general restaurant preparation, potential menu printing and maintaining a sanitary environment. 　　A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

　　Refined verbal communication skills.

　　Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.

　　Ability to stand for long periods of time

　　The desire to work and interact with a team

　　Previous serving experience is required

　　Basic computer and email skills

　　Basic wine and alcohol knowledge is preferred
