DUTIES:- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer service is exceptional from initial contact to post-flight follow-up;- Understand clients’ dining preferences and requirements and provide personalized service; - Maintain strong relationships with suppliers;- Work with flight operations teams to manage catering and special requests; - Negotiate with service providers, ensure compliance with policies and industry regulations; - Track and analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies with suppliers to improve service; - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and collaborations; - Coordinate with departments to provide seamless and exceptional customer service, respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, and resolve issues; - Generate monthly reports on accounts; - Monitor pricing and quality; report and act on changes;- Once monthly domestic travel to offices in Florida, Ohio; annual international travel to London/Dubai offices.REQUIREMENTS:-Three (3) years of experience in the job offered, as Private Dining Manager, Catering Coordinator, or comparable position in private aviation catering offering a full onboard service experience. -Fine dining food and beverage knowledge.-Strong understanding of US health and safety, security, and policy regulations within private aviation.-Impeccable organization and attention to detail, with ability to prioritize work effectively.-Knowledge of international cuisines and cultural, religious, and dietary requirements with relation to food.-Experience working with food and beverage suppliers and service providers. -Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.-Excellent written and spoken English, customer service and communication skills, and cultural competency.
