Our client is looking for a Print Service Technician for a 3-month contract in McLean, VA 22102.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of printer support experience
Printer knowledge/ troubleshooting and customer support experience
Excellent technical troubleshooting and customer service skills
CompTIA A What You Will Be Doing
Serves as the primary KDC (Key Device Contact) supporting and coordinating activities with the client’s Managed Print Services (MPS) team.
Responsible for visiting each printer within the offices supported on a daily basis to determine needs of the printers (toner, errors, maintenance, etc.).
Inventory printers and supplies, IP assignments, managing tickets in Service Now/Service Insight, work with onsite facilities management.
Resolve printer technical issues onsite and/or remote diagnostics, updating printer admin passwords and providing move, add, and delete (MACD) services as requested. This also includes physical movement of desktop printer models when an office change is required.
Printer installation services to include:
Unbox the printer, configure the hardware, and do a Power On Self-Test (POST)
Attach the printer to clients; network connection and configure the printers IP address
Run the vendor-supplied trouble shooting procedures if there are any error messages
Update the Service Request and mark as complete if successful or after any open incidents are closed.
Projects and other duties assigned by MPS management team.
