　　What you'll bring

　　BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent degree

　　10+ years of Program Management team leadership experience, including 8 or more years leading complex SaaS programs

　　Proven experience driving organizational change

　　Strategic, creative problem solver with demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment. Ability to influence at all levels and without direct authority, lead end-to-end, and bend seamlessly between strategic and tactical work

　　Establish rapport, credibility, trust and build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcomes for complex programs

　　Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences, strong presentation skills and compelling storytelling abilities. Able to visually communicate complex topics and influence stakeholders to take action

　　Ability to rally teams behind your execution plan, communicate a clear story of challenges and opportunities, and align executive teams on program outcomes

　　Experience driving program outcomes in an Agile/Scrum based environment, balancing the desire of date driven business outcomes and prioritization based development outcomes

　　Experience in emerging technologies, AI, and Generative AI is a plus

　　How you will lead

　　Kickstart multi-org programs, aligning disparate leaders and programs on single program outcomes

　　Create program structures that empower teams to achieve successful outcomes

　　Manage program reporting and Sr. Leader escalations and communications

　　Define multi-org product & operational standards, dashboards, and processes

　　Drive continuous improvement across multi-org program teams enabling product & operational excellence

　　Drive/ challenge discussions with experts achieving optimal outcomes

　　Influence program outcomes to align with Intuit’s technical & business strategy

　　Bring outside-in learnings to the team

　　Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across Product Development, Product Management, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success

　　Develop a close working relationship with the portfolio stakeholders to ensure that the team is focused on the highest priority programs, and is helping deliver the most value to our customers

　　Develop common mechanisms for keeping key stakeholders informed on the portfolio progress, risks, and issues
