The Supply Operations Department manages all necessary activities to receive and fulfill customer’s orders in a timely fashion to ensure patients’ needs are met. The Analyst will be responsible for providing subject matter and technical expertise for the Supply Operations team. This position establishes policies, procedures and techniques that are consistent with the strategic IOPS direction and principles of supply chain management.

　　As a Principal Supply Operations Analyst, a typical day might include the following:

　　Manages the Supply Operations process and continuous improvement initiatives.

　　Acts as a leader between functional areas to facilitate the advancement of customers’ orders and batch disposition for all products in the Regeneron portfolio.

　　Assesses batch disposition issues and cross-functionally coordinates solutions to meet key milestones of the batch disposition process.

　　Understands and escalates supply risks and constraints across end-to-end program networks.

　　Owns existing and implements new tolling relationships as required.

　　Monitors key milestones associated with the execution of supply orders & batch disposition and effectively identifies potential risks to the timeline.

　　Assesses potential issues against specific orders and cross-functionally coordinates mitigation plans to maintain original timeline or reduce delay and impact.

　　Consistently demonstrates the ability to influence priorities across the business through coordination rather than direct authority.

　　Understands at a high level how priorities and deliverables across the business impact timelines and outcomes of delivering drug to patients

　　Reports and escalates to management and external stakeholders as necessary, including mitigation proposals

　　Supports compliance activities for Supply Chain.

　　Drives continuous improvements initiatives and enhances Supply Operations process development by communicating performance standards, developing joint improvement initiatives and actively soliciting formal feedback.

　　Creates and publishes metrics to evaluate overall plan/process effectiveness that drives positive results, gets to root cause and supports annual IOPS objectives.

　　Maintains awareness of current industry standards, trends and practices.

　　Connects the functional areas of IOPS to lead the progression of projects by collaboratively finding solutions.

　　Supports regular operational meetings, goal setting and mid-year/year-end reporting.

　　In order to be considered for this position, you must hold a Bachelor’s degrees in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Science background and

　　Principal Analyst: 8 years of relevant experience

　　Staff Analyst: 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

　　May consider experience in lieu of education; level decided upon completion of an interview process
