Principal Scientist, Clinical Evaluation

　　This position plays a key role in advancing our understanding of the efficacy of our skin care and color cosmetic products. You will lead the design, execution, and analysis of clinical trials, ensuring that all studies are conducted to the highest scientific and ethical standards. You will also be responsible for communicating the results of these studies to internal cross functional teams and external scientific community.

　　In this role you will be responsible for:

　　Design and conduct clinical trials for evaluations of skin care and color cosmetic products, adhering to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements.Develop and implement clinical study protocols, data collection and statistical analysis plans.Analyze and interpret clinical trial data to assess the efficacy of test products.Prepare clinical study reports and present findings to internal cross-functional team.Stay up to date on the latest scientific advances in cosmetic science, clinical research, and skin bioengineering techniques.Present clinical trial results at scientific conferences and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals.Manage and develop third party relationships for clinical trials at CROs.Responsible for maintaining lab equipment, ensuring the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are in place and followed.

　　Passionate about the beauty industry, trends, and competitive landscape. Masters in a relevant physical science field, Ph.D. preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in conducting and managing clinical trials in the cosmetic industry. Hands-on experience in skin instrumentation, data analysis and statistical methods, including image analytical techniques. General knowledge and interested in learning skin biology and epidemiology.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
