  EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  The EWM Principal Consultant will partner with client to analyze/define business requirements, processes and objectives to scope project and deliverables. In addition, the consultant will implement, customize and test solutions on client system and design client-specific enhancements to meet business requirements as needed.

  Job duties will also include:

  Active involvementin the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects

  Performing feasibility studies and processing design reviews

  Supporting pre-sales activities

  Takingfrequent responsibility as team lead and supportingrespective line manager(s) in people development tasks

  Developing detailed plan-of-process implementations

  Definingdetailed blueprints for development requirements

  Leading industry/corporate process implementations across all related applications

  Developing and ensuring quality-of-process models

  Demonstratingprofound knowledge of modeling standards and tools

  Traveling to customersapproximately 50-100% of the time

  EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

  In addition to successfully completing aminimum of (5) full lifecycle projectsin the role of functional EWM consultant, the successful candidate will have:

  A BS degree in relevant discipline; advanced degree a plus

  A minimum of (5) years of EWM consulting experience

  Strong knowledge of warehouse, distribution and transportation business processes/best practices

  Familiarity with enterprise mobility solutions and hardware & wireless technologies

  Exposure to object-oriented programming

  ABAP development and debugging skills a plus

  Good knowledge of SAP integration aspects

  SAP TM / Yard Logistics / PP / MM / QM product knowledge is a plus

  Formal EWM training and/or certification is a plus

  Experience with Activate methodology and/or Solution Manager is a plus

  Strong communication skills, to effectively interact with internal/external stakeholders at all levels

  Compensation Range Transparency : SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 146,000 - 326,100 USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
