　　We currently have an opening for an efficient and highly skilled Dispatcher at a well-established company. Are you a motivated self-starter who can handle multiple projects at once with a smile? Then we have a position for you. The Dispatcher will effectively direct and control the efforts of technicians and administrative personnel. Located in Reserve, Louisiana, this is a short-term contract to full time employment opportunity.

　　How you will make an impact:

　　Providing excellent customer service

　　Scheduling the technicians

　　Collecting timesheets and matching them with the online system

　　Maintaining various office files and providing general office filing support

　　Requirements

　　Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

　　Record keeping and log maintenance experience required

　　Experience in Transportation Industry

　　Excellent communication skills

　　Sense of urgency and prioritization

　　High attention to detail

　　Strong organization skills
