TITLE: Principal Product Owner MIS

　　Duties :

　　Work with product managers, architects, UX designers, and development teams to ensure the business, design, usability, quality, and feature goals are met for each release. Collaborate with R&D and program managers to translate business requirements into user stories. Work within a SAFE Agile Team (Scrum of Scrums, Big Room Planning, PI sessions, etc.). Inspire and motivate engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency. Participate in daily Scrums, Spring planning, and Sprint reviews & retrospectives. Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design. Facilitate easy product upgrades and migration from prior releases with minimal issues and complexity. Prepare reports or correspondence concerning project specifications, activities, or status. Coordinate installation of software system. Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements. Maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories, features, and defects. Train users to use new or modified equipment. Consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Remote work from home is acceptable within a reasonable commuting distance of the Norwell, MA office.

　　SALARY:

　　$157,643-$165,000 per year

　　REQUIREMENTS:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or closely related field of study and five (5) years experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst or related role where required experience gained.

　　SPECIAL SKILLS:

　　Also requires experience in the following:

　　Building software products using agile methodologies;

　　Zendesk, Jira service management, or similar;

　　Microsoft Visio, Lucid, Jira software, or similar;

　　Change Management;

　　Incident Management;

　　Release Management; and

　　Knowledge Management.
