  HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

  Responsible for processing sales orders and shipments to our inter-company facilities relating to the manufacture of finished goods for our customers. Performs various reporting activities, expedites suppliers when needed, and maintains Supplier data in Oracle.

  Achievement of objectives must include an overriding commitment to quality that must permeate the areas of responsibility. Enable and Drive Change in the Organization.

  WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  Performs general reporting to the organization as requested. Tracks and reports our shipment performance to inter-company facilities.

  Uses Excel for various tracking/reporting tasks.

  Main contact for non-revenue related inter-company facility material requirements.

  Maintains purchase orders and matching sales orders from our inter-company facilities.

  Creates commercial invoices for other Ferrotec facilities as requested.

  May contact suppliers in an expediting or quoting role.

  May be assigned tasks as an internal expeditor.

  Adds/maintains Supplier information on Oracle and performs other data entry.

  Troubleshoots and provides solutions to problems, reported by our inter-company facilities (NG Shipment report as an example).

  Performs reporting to our inter-company facilities.

  Assists customer service representatives as a backup.

  Approves sales orders, via signature authority.

  Mentors and is responsible for training other material coordinators, could be a lead role.

  WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  Associates degree or equivalent and 5+ years’ experience and have the ability to act as a mentor.

  Must have excellent communication skills.

  Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Oracle.

  Physical & Environmental requirements:

  Constantly remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.

  Constantly communicating with others to exchange information.

  Constantly repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.

  Constantly assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.

  Constant sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.

  Prolonged use of computer monitors.
