This includes customer-facing experiences like the starlink.com website, order flows, account management system, and support portal in addition to internal-facing systems like management of payments, recurring billing, fulfillment and logistics management, tax and regulatory compliance, and our internal customer support tools. We are trying to create the first truly global ISP and provide capabilities ranging from traditional residential service to highly specialized enterprise or government applications, and this team is uniquely positioned to accelerate the growth of the business towards those objectives while maintaining a world-class product experience for all of our customers.We're looking for a principal engineer for this team who is knowledgeable about the state-of-the-art technologies used in web services (our system is a .NET micro-service architecture running in Kubernetes and using Angular.js) and who is excited to work directly with the business, operations, and engineering teams to scale Starlink.
