Implementation Analyst, Deposit Solutions
You will work directly with our clients to perform analysis of their strategic goals and business requirements in order to provide them with a detailed conversion plan including system specifications for new product implementations. You are responsible for leading projects to ensure proper execution.
This job is significant to the growth of our business as it involves supporting a new client through the implementation process and existing clients implementing new products & services. The Implementation Analyst plays a critical role in the success of the deployment, configuration and set up of a suite of marketing performance products
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Conduct system evaluations of the Financial Institution’s current system to determine if the appropriate Fiserv products are represented as well as client workflow, setup requirements, etc.
Have a knowledge base of the TCM/SCO product suite, including product interfaces
Provide data analysis and mapping from other systems to Fiserv applications
Provide product installations for all applicable banking products for new business as well as migration projects to our Fiserv service bureau environment. Involves walking clients through setup and procedures and may include conducting client presentations.
Schedule training for new clients on product features and provide short-term support as needed for existing clients.
Develop test plans to assure that the client's installations/conversions work properly with product features and that new features for the institution work as expected.
Propose products to Clients that would enhance Clients' productivity.
Provide advice or analysis that may influence the client with the allocation of their resources throughout and after the project.
Provide technical telephone and/or on-site applications support to customers, answering inquiries on function and usage of product. Handle client calls and issues involving moderate to medium complex technical issues.
Basic qualifications for consideration:
High School Diploma or GED required. Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or Business is helpful. Equivalent work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Minimum of 1 plus years of banking experience preferably with Item Processing Experience.
Previous experience working in a client services or client facing role required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Fiserv Item Processing and Teller Deposit Capture experience
Experience resolving client problems
Project Management experience highly desirable.
Able to analyze and take on complex problems
Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and the ability to multi-task.
