In this role, you will partner with business-aligned Talent Leads to support their vision, strategy, priorities, and actions required to maximize the potential of our executive talent and build a strong pipeline for our most critical roles.This is a great opportunity for a strong systems thinker and builder to directly impact mechanisms we use to identify, develop, and deploy AWS executive talent. As a senior member of the AWS Talent Development team, this role provides ample opportunity to design innovate solutions and regularly engage with key HR and business leaders. Provide service delivery for assigned workload across our executive development portfolio, which may include: executive onboarding, leadership assessment and coaching, and program design and facilitation.3.
