Purpose: Provide ongoing mental health treatment using evidence-based and person-centered practices to an assigned caseload of children, adolescents and adults.Key Functions:Utilize psychosocial assessments and screening tools to determine appropriate level of care and assist in the development of the Mental Health Treatment Plan•Provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and skills-based services in accordance with the Mental Health Treatment Plan.•Completes necessary documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with state and federal regulations and agency policies.•Engage in collateral consultation and/or complex care coordination. Completes appropriate documentation to connect clients with identified service needs. •Consults with interdisciplinary team members and engages in ongoing supervision.•Completes professional development activities as required by licensure in addition to agency trainings and meetings.•Meets or exceeds productivity expectations.•Provides on-call emergency coverage as scheduled for the mental health division•Adhere to Company policies and procedures to include being aware of the importance of Corporate Compliance Policies and the Code of Conduct. One to three years of experience in public or community mental health settings serving children, adolescents and adults. Experience working with low income and culturally diverse populations.
