Clementine Twin Lakes and Clementine Fairfax, are exclusive residential treatment programs, and they are seeking dedicated Primary Therapists to be a part of our compassionate and multidisciplinary team.

Position Overview:
Sign-On Bonus : Enjoy a $10,000 sign-on bonus upon joining our team!
Work Schedule : Choose between a Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday schedule.
*Relocation support available
Responsibilities Include:
Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
Act as a liaison between families and outpatient providers.
Engage with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management.
Play a crucial role in discharge and aftercare planning.
Provide therapeutic meal support while role-modeling a healthy relationship with food.
Offer safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to each client's unique circumstances, considering their diverse identities.
Qualifications:
Minimum Master’s degree in clinical counseling or a related discipline.
State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC).
Previous experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is advantageous.
Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices is preferred.
