JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Facility Coordinator works closely with customersto determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williamsproducts, and recommend the right solutions.This position contributes tothe growth of our business through supporting current and potentialcustomers, handling inquiries and determining their product needs. Theindividual selected for this role will be expected to work at Facility#1433, located at: 8202 Enterprise Dr, Wausau, WI 54401 Address customerinquiries via telephone and email by providing accurate informationregarding products and product applications Ensure high levels ofcustomers satisfaction through excellent service Build positiverelationships with customers Intake, process, and verify customer ordersto ensure they are completed and documented accurately Build andmaintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customerrecommendations Act as liaison between customer, sales representatives,and store staff Ensure compliance with policies and procedures includingsafety, loss prevention, and security Follow quality service standardsand comply with procedures, rules and regulations Assist with moving andloading product Operate batch tinting equipment, as needed MinimumRequirements Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be legallyauthorized to work in the country of employment without needingsponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future Must beable, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve materialfrom shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion Must have at least one (1)year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales PreferredQualifications Have an associate degree or higher in Business, Sales, orMarketing Have at least one (1) year of experience working as a FacilityCoordinator Have at least three (3) years of work experience in customerservice, retail, or sales Have at least one (1) year of work experienceusing material handling equipment (for example: forklifts (stand andsit), pallet jacks, hand trucks, order pickers, vacu-hoists, drumdollys, conveyor belts, etc.) Have previous work experience sellingpaint and paint related products Have prior work experience operatingtinting or color matching equipment Sherwin-Williams is proud to be anAffirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity, Inclusion andDiversity Supportive Employer.
