Primary Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor

　　Keystone Powdered Metal Company has an immediate opening for a Primary Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor at our facility in St. Marys, PA. The idea candidate would have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and have a minimum of five years working on the Manufacturing Floor.

　　Job duties will include but are not limited to:

　　     -Supervising the Primary Mfg. Engineering Technicians on the Manufacturing Floor

　　     -Troubleshooting day to day issues on the Manufacturing Floor

　　     -Supervise machine setups with Mfg. Engineering Technicians as needed. 

　　    -Assist and offer guidance to the maintenance department as needed.

　　    -Setup and run Engineering samples / studies in molding and sizing

　　     -Monitor training of new Diesetters in both molding and sizing.

　　     -Key role in the sampling and development of new products.

　　     -Work closely with Engineering to drive continuous improvement projects on the manufacturing      floor.

　　The idea candidate should possess the following skills and knowledge:

　　    -Extensive experience in setting up both molding and sizing presses, both hydraulic and mechanical.

　　    -Experience with Cincinnati/Elmco presses

　　    -Understanding of tooling layouts, blueprint reading, and a general knowledge of GD&T

　　    -Strong troubleshooting ability and mechanical aptitude

　　    -Able to work independently and make critical decisions without oversight

　　    -Strong communication skills, must be able to communicate with other shifts effectively

　　    -Proficiency in Microsoft office
