Description

　　Under the supervision of the Clinical Nutrition Manager the Clinical Dietetic Technician (DT) functions as a member of the RD-DT team to provide nutritional care to patients. The DT's role includes assigning nutrition risk levels for patients, nutritional interventions for patients at low nutrition risk, and monitoring patient menus for adherence to established standards.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree graduate from an approved undergraduate nutrition program, Or

　　Coursework/Training or completion of first three years in pre-dietetics, Or

　　Registration with the American Dietetic Association as a dietetic technician.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Experience with population of ages to be served (infant, toddler, pre-school, school-age child, adolescent, early adult, middle adult, older adult) as a clinical dietetic technician.
