Position Summary

　　We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Material Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing the material management functions within our SAP S/4HANA system. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective procurement, storage, and distribution of materials, as well as maintaining inventory levels in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

　　Duties and Responsibilities

　　Under limited supervision, general direction, etc. and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP policies, procedures and guidelines, the duties and responsibilities of this position include:

　　· SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, specifically in the area of Material Management, and be able to navigate and configure the system proficiently.

　　· Material Procurement: Oversee and optimize the procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationship management, to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials.

　　· Inventory Management: Implement best practices in inventory management to minimize carrying costs, reduce excess and obsolete inventory, and maintain accurate stock levels.

　　· Material Requirement Planning (MRP): Utilize MRP functions within SAP S/4HANA to plan and schedule materials according to production and demand forecasts.

　　· Quality Control: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure the received materials meet quality standards and specifications.

　　· Vendor Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.

　　· Data Analysis: Analyze data within the SAP S/4HANA system to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.

　　· Reporting: Generate reports and provide insights to the management team on material management performance, cost savings, and process efficiencies.

　　· Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that all material management activities comply with industry regulations and standards, as well as company policies and procedures.

　　· Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall operational excellence.

　　· Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees and SAP certifications are a plus.

　　Minimum of 7+ years’ experience with SAP Materials Management

　　Medical Device industry or medical field is a plus

　　Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Material Management with at least 7+ years of relevant experience.

　　Strong knowledge of material procurement, inventory management, and MRP principles.

　　Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and other related ERP systems.

　　Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

　　Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

　　Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations related to material management.

　　Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

　　Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

　　Experience with SAP Firori.
