CME benefits, malpractice insurance coverage,and license reimbursement are also included as part of youremployment benefitsalong with 30 paid days off a year.Our base salaryplus wRVU incentive compensation model is quite competitive,and designed to ensure financial stability and security as your practicegrows.We.Together, we'll improve the health of the people in the communities we serve.We'll honoreach other'sdignity and surpassthestandards we set.We'll encourage joy, demand safety and take pride in our integrity.Your day.As a Physician in Primary Care, you'll work with sevenother Physicians andfour Nurse Practitioners to provide top-notch care and patient experience.Throughout the day you'll collaborate with behavioral health, MAs,RNs, and front office support staff including a clinic manager.You would practice in a large clinic setting, Patterson Primary Care inGrand Junction, COYour clinic days are flexible with corresponding FTE ( .7-1.0)1.0 FTE, 36 Patient Contact Hours in 4 - 10 hour daysPractice Call is currently 1:11 and runs from Wed 7p to Wed 7a, the weekyou are on call you will be the sole provider for our Saturday acute careclinic 8a-12p and one week day will be cut in half to make up for this time.Patient load will start at 12 -15 patients a day as you establish a patientpanelYour experience.We hire people, not words on paper.
