Pricing Manager, Services & Solutions Delivery - Canada (Mississauga, CA)
Job Description
As an individual contributor, you will Act as pricing ambassador and increase capabilities around pricing throughout the Service & Solutions Delivery (S&SD) organization. This opportunity will include, but not be limited to, standalone service pricing on current installed base, service pricing support attached to commercial Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities, multi-vendor service pricing, and catalogue maintenance.
Your role: Work closely with Canadian (CDN) Service Account Managers, Financial and Marketing teams to develop and approve pricing models, promotional offerings, and provide negotiation support and risk assessment as required for our service offerings. In addition, the Pricing Manager will align with North American (NAM) counterparts to ensure alignment within Canada as required.Drive the pricing review end to end, ensuring minimal margin dilution while assuring a balanced competitiveness of Philips' offerings. The incumbent will also own the review of contracts and drive the activation of CPI price update clauses. will be responsible for building a database of Philips historical pricing, competitive information from debriefs and publicly available data to inform pricing analyses. Drives continuous improvements by applying LEAN principles.Leverage value-based pricing and develop sound value propositions incorporate with product and portfolio marketing and drive integral business to optimize pricing and maximize profitability. Work closely with commercial policy teams to jointly perform pricing handshake, and jointly achieve the best target price realization and improve deal escalations and approvals. In conjunction with the NAM Service Price book release quarterly, the S&SD Pricing Manager will be responsible for validation of the revised quarterly pricing tool. This individual will define and maintain localized discount authorization structures in addition to developing and approving localized promotions. You're the right fit if:
You've acquired 3+ years of experience in a Finance or Sales Operations role.Your skills include being well-versed in Lean, Continuous Improvement, Daily Management, and Problem-Solving; technical expertise in using Excel and working knowledge of Salesforce or SAP.You have a Bachelor's degree (required), within Finance, Business, or related field.You're an excellent communicator at many levels with strong analytical with a focus on value realization. You are also a well-organized multi-tasker, skilled at working with competing priorities, managing tight deadlines, and providing proper follow-up; and working to building consensus across functional teams setting priorities to achieve outcomes.
