Pricing & Support Manager is responsible for ensuring timely and effective communication of pricing and customer alignments to our distributor partners and internal Ecolab teams. Foster an environment to enable and support a high performing team. Continuous push to meet service level agreements and drive performance by utilizing individual and team metrics. This position is responsible for the direct management of 2 exempt associates: 1 Analyst and 1 Supervisor with 6 direct reports. 2 non-exempt associates: 1 Finance Admin Specialist and 1 Lead Finance Admin Specialist. This position works in partnership with distributor partners. As well as divisional sales, finance teams, COE/CAF, ECC SAP Vistex IT team and TCS Portal Support team and other teams within GBS, to problem solve, develop solutions, and complete initiatives to continually improve processes. Main Responsibilities: Ensuring timely and effective communication of pricing and customer alignments to distributor partners Coordinate and administer annual buy price change across divisions. Complete new distributor set up, set program refund conditions. Management & business owner of pricing & support tools (Portal, Electronic feeds, DCL table, AVP outreach tool, Metric tracker) Complete Analytical Support & Pricing & Support Activities Maintain and create departmental standard operating procedures. Ensure Pricing & Support activities are in accordance with desktop procedures. Clearly articulates the business direction and ensures it is understood and embraced by team members. Drive team engagement - attract, develop, and retain high-potential associates. Demonstrates urgency to resolve issues with associates and internal stakeholders. Develop and report on team & individual performance metrics. Continuous push to meet SLA's and build efficiencies to drive productivity. Strong focus on continuous process improvement, collaboration, and change adaptation. Drive results through building effective working relationships with other departments, divisions, and distributor partners. Maintain a positive, professional approach through appropriate business communication. Provide necessary support to execute key business led initiatives. Ensure reoccurring audit completion related to P&S activities.
