　　Preconstruction Estimator (MEP)

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Conduct thorough analysis of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in project plans to prepare comprehensive bid proposals for commercial pool, fountain, and landscape construction projects.

　　Develop and present detailed MEP cost estimates.

　　Ensure the latest and accurate pricing information from MEP suppliers and subcontractors.

　　Use specialized MEP estimation software to create and present proposals.

　　Maintain the highest standards of ethics and integrity in all professional interactions.

　　Ideal Candidate Profile:

　　Experience in MEP estimation and project management

　　Knowledge of HCSS software is beneficial.

　　A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.

　　Strong work ethic, outstanding communication skills, and adeptness at managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

　　Experience in customer service; bilingual abilities (Spanish) are an advantage.

　　Proficiency in On-Screen Take-Off, HCSS, Bluebeam or Procore software is a plus.

　　Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
