This individual will focus on ensuring our field teams are experts in the product lines RDO Equipment represents. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology and agriculture, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver industry-leading products that empower growers to optimize their operations.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.Precision AG Product Management: Fill the role of Integrated Solutions Manager for the John Deere Farm Sight strategy.Strategic Implementation: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to successfully roll out precision agriculture products. Know the market and where the future challenges would be and help determine how to address those challenges best.Sales and Customer Engagement: Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies for precision agriculture products.
