Pinnacle Logistics is a leading provider of surface transportation, supply chain management, and related logistics services. We manage the shipments to and from over 40 freight terminals every day. We are growing rapidly and looking for enthusiastic, positive and talented people to join our team.
Duties:- Provide administrative support to the office team, Manage CSR team- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events- Manage project timelines and assist with project coordination- Greet and assist visitors, clients- Perform receptionist duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and
Directing Inquiries- Transcribe documents and proofread for accuracy- File and organize documents, records, and reports- Assist with order entry and inventory management

Requirements
Requirements:- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role preferred- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
