　　This Graduate Hire opportunity is within our Inside Services Presales group that sits within the DT Services Organization focusing on the creation and governance of custom support, deployment and consulting services offers (Statements of Work).

　　Join us for a great opportunity to learn how to collaborate and work with remote cross functional teams across the globe to achieve goals and provide outcomes. You will develop and enhance a wide range of skills (Process Engineering, Project Management, Influencing without Authority, Business Intelligence & Analytics) as well as getting to learn more about IT Services and how they can help our customers transform.

　　Work closely with the Head of APJC Presales and Operations Lead in the regional team engagement and operation aspects.

　　Your responsibilities include:

　　Supports the sales-maker and Senior Solution Architects in solutioning custom support and/or deployment services to drive upsell opportunities.Participates in the construction of financial models and quotations that align with custom solution proposals.Support Presales Operations work such as SKU creation and uploading of deals information/artifacts into our Presales Tools and Systems.Run the program, under guidance, to perform Quality Assurance on Solutioning artifacts and support the provision of recommendations and call-to-actions.To work with Services Presales regional teams as per the leader's guidance for follow-up and actions on assigned tasks.

　　Obtain Bachelor Degree in Cybersecurity, AI, Machine Learning and/or Data Science.You possess excellent Communication, Time Management and Collaboration skillsYou are a Self-Starter accustomed to learning quickly, tight deadlines and multitaskingYou are keen to learn enterprise technology products and servicesYou have a curiosity and appetite for learning and enjoy working in an evolving team environmentMeet eligibility for DELL Graduate Hiring ProgramProficient in oral and written English (a must) plus a local languageIT/Computer Science knowledge would be an added advantage
