　　In this role, you have the opportunity to

　　Work within a fast-developing and dynamic PR & Media team at Philips Personal Health. Within this team, you will be assisting on PR plans and strategies, including product PR and creation of PR assets, product launches, events, influencer and branded content collaborations, analysis, reporting and measurement for the Personal Health portfolio in the Benelux. Next to this, you will be responsible for the PH content plan for the Philips Benelux social media accounts. You will receive training and coaching on the different aspects of PR, influencer marketing, branded content collaborations and content creation. This internship offers you the chance to not only gain professional experience within the PR and communications field but will also put your talents to use!

　　You are responsible for:

　　Supporting the PR & Influencer Manager in realizing impactful PR, branded content and influencer campaigns for all Personal Health categories (Beauty, Shaving, Oral Health Care, Mother and Child Care and Healthy Sleep Solutions)

　　Help with shaping the PR activation and communication strategy for the Personal Health categories.

　　Actively participating in the launch of new products

　　Creating PR assets such as press releases, digital mailers and press kits and assisting on the organization and coordination of press events

　　Assisting on the content plan and calendar for the Benelux Philips Instagram and Facebook accounts, including content creation, measurement and planning

　　To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

　　Currently studying towards your HBO/WO degree. Preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Media or Marketing

　　Big interest in learning about the roll of PR and Influencer within the marketing communications strategy

　　Language: Dutch and English , excellent writing skills are a must, French is a plus

　　Competences: analytical, hands-on, digital savvy, pragmatic, tactical, pro-active, creative, dedicated, eye for detail, strong interpersonal skills, great team player

　　Experience with Photoshop and InDesign is a plus

　　Next to that, we are offering a decent internship package:

　　Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.

　　Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours.

　　Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €145,- net

　　Paid holidays per internship term.

　　IMPORTANT:

　　Part of our selection procedure is a HireVue online assessment. We are not able to share the outcome of this HireVue assessment, but will use this as extra selection criteria.

　　In order to be considered, you have to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation will be requested. Students from outside the EU enrolled at a Dutch university need to fill in a NUFFIC agreement – which needs to be signed by the student and the university.

　　Please note that the contents of our regular internship assignments are not suitable for professionals (and/or MBA students) with professional work experience.
