　　Responsibilities:Having extensive working experience in Tableau administrationHaving experience in Power Bi or QlikView/QlikSense administrationHaving ability to gather the requirement from customer analyze the requirement and convert into technical requirementsStrong Communication skills and extensive customer facing experience.Willing to learn new things.Ensure management reports are circulated to the relevant stakeholders as per agreed timelines.Responsible for End to End Service Delivery for the portfolio / LOB being ledDevise Corrective and Preventive actions for any Service Level breaches near misses and Customer escalationsHandle defined processes and risks with respect to organization and customerCoordinate with onsite and offshore teams as vital during project deliveryResolving all customer requests issues / partner concerns in a timely mannerSalary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $[130,000 - 140,000 USD] depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
