Human Resources Internship

　　OTTO – designed, manufactured and precision tested, right here in the USA.

　　OTTO's opportunity:

　　Our Human Resources Intern will perform a variety of duties to support the HR Team.

　　Specifically, the Human Resources Intern will:

　　Assist with conversion to digital employee files

　　Assist HR Generalist with monthly employee newsletter

　　Updates all bulletin boards

　　Conduct annual employee vision screenings

　　Assist with yearly Fire and Tornado Drills

　　Take photos of company events, as needed

　　Help with company events – picnic, cookouts, etc.

　　Assist Recruiter

　　Learn company's HR policies/benefits to help respond to internal staff inquiries

　　Assist with other related duties as required or assigned

　　What you'll need to bring to the table:

　　High school diploma or equivalent is required

　　Must be currently enrolled in college, seeking a degree in HR, Communications, Business Administration or a related field

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　Must be computer literate – working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel applications

　　Must be well organized, accurate, and able to work independently

　　Curious and willing to learn new skills
