About Power Delivery Team Leader/Project Manager

  DEA's Energy Business Unit is seeking a Power Delivery Team Leader orProject Manager with a sales focus to help grow our power delivery businessand lead projects in DEA's Colorado Area. The successful candidate will beresponsible for managing client relationships in the power deliveryindustry, managing all aspects of power delivery projects, and developingand leading multi-disciplinary project teams. In addition, the successfulcandidate will establish and maintain new and existing client relationships,develop a strong understanding of clients' needs, and build local teamsand/or leverage resources across the company to deliver projects. Theresponsibilities for this role will be diverse and will include participatingin both business development activities and project management.This hybrid-friendly position is based in DEA's Denver Office and includesgrowth opportunities for professional advancement, leadership, andincreased responsibility.

  Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Exemplify DEA's Cultural Drivers internally and externallyServe as a pursuit champion and project manager for power delivery projectsProvide leadership and mentoring to project teamsDevelop the project understanding, approach, and work planSupport proposal efforts for new projectsManage the scope of services, schedule, and budget including projectsetup, execution, change management, and closeoutManage communications among the project team and clientPromote effective team working relationshipsAttain or exceed project profitability expectationsMaintain the technical quality of the workImplement the project QA/QC planManage status reporting, invoicing, accounts receivable and unbilled foreach projectAdhere to firmwide tools, processes, and policies including projectaccounting, workload planning, revenue forecasting, contracting, andquality requirementsSome travel for business development and project execution may be required

  Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in civil or electricalengineering (or closely related field)Seven (7) + years of applicable industry experience working onsubstation, transmission, or studies projectsFour (4) + years of relevant project management experienceDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships and generatenew salesStrong understanding of substation or transmission system design,construction, and commissioningDemonstrated proficiency with project management processes and tools includingCPM scheduling, budget analysis and controls, change management, andteam managementProficient with Microsoft OfficeStrong leadership, written and oral communication, and organizational skills
