About Pool Tech (OJT)

　　The pool route tech, working alongside the pool route leader, takes on a lot of responsibility as their goal is to care for and maintain the sanitization, cleaning, and chemical balance of an entire pool route. An entire pool route totals 100 pools, which is over 2 million gallons of water. This means they must be efficient and confident in what they do in order to make appropriate decisions that lead toward clean and healthy pools.
